Thank you for shopping with SG Angling. We take pride in carefully packaging and shipping every order.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During product launches, bulk purchases, holidays or OOO notices, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We are a small-batch operation and appreciate your patience.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping speed

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping is free for all orders over $50.00 USD.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • SG Angling is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through the process.

🌎 International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Delivery times vary by destination.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

🎣 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

  • We will review and make it right

📦 Limited Drops & High Demand Items

Due to the limited-run nature of many Foxfires baits:

  • Items may sell out quickly.

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of inventory errors.
